I was asked by several magazines to create a shoot for the olympics edition in July 2012, I was initially reluctant ,as many shoots I had seen were simply Red White & Blue. Searching through vintage things I came across a 1953 Coronation biscuit tin withslight faded warmth and charm, and decided to give the shoot that feel.
It was shot entirely on location in a North London carpark . and with carefull use of photoshop I acheived the final result. The models Jerry and James are actor /dancers and brought great spirit to the project .Makeup and hair was created by Lauren Newman

A shoot inspired by Ian Fleming and his famous creation James Bond, shot entirely on location in Jermyn St , St James's, London, for press to celebrate the centenary of his life and work. His favourite cologne No89 was created by Floris and is a classic Gentlemans blend .

Since the start of the decade I have been working on major projects for Regent St, London,W1, A world famous thoroughfare, now one of the worlds premier shopping destinations. The projects include major fashion shows as director/producer , web advertising shoots , and numerous press events which were often created at dawn and lasted only till the perfect shot was found. In the last few years Fashion shows for Magnum and Summer Streets. Also a snap of the first big event traffic stopping event, a long sandy beach complete with palm trees that appeared one morning at 7.00am and vanished. by 10.00am
A long while back when I first started taking pics, I photographed a guy as angel for my christmas card , it was meant to be both sexy, amusing and ironic .Over the years It has become a tradition and I usually take a snap of someone I've worked with that year, to create the image..and yes the sparkler in fourth shot did really spell angel once flipped and was written in one got . the last pic is narcissus
I was wearing double denim quite awhile ago..and probably as long as you dont go down the whole Billy Ray C look, complete with a mullet, it will always work..

This editorial was inspired by the great sci fi movies of the 1950/60's such as "ATTACK OF THE 50FT WOMAN ". The locations were shot first across London one slow saturday afternoon in summer, and near the end of the shoot, I was approached by quite a few member of the MET who had been tracking this lone figure shooting pics of high buldings, to ask the nature of my business...Luckily it all ended well and I gave them a credit for not deleting the card..The shoot was well received and published in several Archant Magazines and became a template for later advertising shoots, albeit with less drama....

We have done shoots to introduce the new uniforms a to their staff , and also portraits to introduce members to each other. It's been great working with them and to see the brand transform
The famous hotel "The Goring "celebrated its centenary awhile back and I was asked to create photos for a campaign to promote this. Someone casually asked if I could find a genuine edwardian dress for one of the models to wear, to show the first 100 years .The original green watered silk dress. fringed with jet beading duly appeared for the shoot, hired from a famous but discreet costume company, it has since been worn by several stars of the silver screen .Our modern day girl was dressed head to well heeled shoe in British couture and the gentleman in a heritage suit from Savile Row
AVIATORS, A fashion editorial for Absolut Magazines that was inspired by the great aviators from the 1920/30's , Lindbergh Johnson and Earhart, shot on location at Shoreham by Sea airport on the south coast of England .The styling included pieces from Ralph Lauren Collection, and many other british heritage brands including Aquascutum, Daks, austin Reed and Jaeger.
With its mix of modern styling and a big nod to the past, it proved popular and copies of the editorial were requested by David Lauren for the archive Ralph Lauren archive in NYC.
