Come and visit Deptford with vibrant atmosphere to see how real Londoners live, With its buzzing hipster vibe, great bakeries and cafes and a Saturday Fleamarket , it’s always fun ! After a refuel we will take a walk past some of its C18th sailors houses to reach the Thames path , if we’re lucky with the tides we may then be able to take a short walk along the Thames foreshore to see the river up close, as we make our way to Greenwich. We will see the famous Cutty Sark Tea Clipper ship the Royal Naval College, and visit the C17th Queen's House, [ Will we see the ghost ? ] After some free time to explore the [ Observatory and Greenwich Market perhaps ] , we will take a 40min Thames Cruise back into town and see London from the river, arriving back at the Tower of London [ where the Crown Jewels are kept!] after going under the very famous Tower Bridge ! [ We will meet around 09.45am on Saturday at St Pancras Station Thameslink Platforms and the boat should bring us back around 4.00pm to the Tower of London Pier , these times are approx depending on trains ,boat times ,weather etc ]
